Our Scottie Guarantee Canfield Mountain Scotties Health Guarantee Currant Date---------------------------------- Buyer’s Name--------------------------------------- This Scottish Terrier puppy is guaranteed against infectious type disease for a period of 7 days from the date of purchase. To the best of our knowledge this puppy is in excellent health at the time of sale. The buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 days of receipt of the puppy. If the veterinarian finds a life threatening infectious illness, the customer may exchange the puppy for one of equal value, providing a veterinary certificate is offered as evidence of the puppy’s condition. If there is not a replacement puppy available at the time of return, one will be made available as soon as possible. The seller is not responsible for any veterinary expenses. It is understood that there is no extended warranty. The seller assumes no responsibility for injury after the puppy leaves the sellers premises If the dog dies within four years of age from a problem related to a genetic defect, the dog will either be replaced with another dog 100% or at half price depending upon the condition involved. (Our choice) A veterinarians’ finding must be in writing and given to us to review. Under no condition will we replace a dog where we are not notified and advised of it being ill beforehand, or euthanized without our permission. If a replacement dog is required, we will provide one as soon as we have one of equal quality and value available. Any dog being replaced must be returned to the seller before replacement is made. We strongly urge you to spay or neuter your new puppy. It makes for a cleaner, healthier, happier pet. We do not sell through agents or pet stores. If you are looking for a quality Scottie puppy for a lifelong friend, we recommend that you do not buy from people who do.
